Because the Learning Fund is the only organization outside of the school district itself that can fund staff in the school, the vast majority of our budget goes into programs to supplement staffing.

We are always looking for the most important programs to fund and seek input from both parents and teachers as we make our program commitments. If you would like to discuss any of our programs or suggest new ones, please contact us.

Twin Creeks School Learning Fund, an affiliate of the San Ramon Valley Education Foundation, is a non-profit organization dedicated to raising funds to maintain and enhance the quality of education at Twin Creeks Elementary School through the collaboration of parents, educators, and the community.

Governance

Our operations are governed by the San Ramon Valley Education Foundation, of which we are a registered affiliate. To maintain this affiliation, the Learning Fund is required to meet the requirements set forth in the following document. These include requirements for bonding board members, maintaining segregation of duties, and maintaining transparency in our operations.
